  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on customs clearance and local postal services

Q: How can I track my order?
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package has shipped, we’ll send tracking details to your email so you can follow its journey in real time.

Q: How is my order packaged?
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Airguns are shipped in discreet, plain boxes to protect your privacy.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll see the total before finalizing your order.


Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in their original packaging. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us to start the process.

Q: Can I return an airgun that I’ve used?
For safety and legal reasons, used airguns cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), we cover the shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
